WinHex is a full-featured hexadecimal editor.
The program provides the ability to concatenate, split, analyze, compare and convert files. It offers flexible search and replace functions. The logical and physical disk editor supports FAT16, FAT32, and NTFS formats. You can even edit boot sectors, and the virtual memory of other processes.
Additional features include: the ability to import all Clipboard formats and delete files irreversibly; support for bad-sector-tolerant drive cloning; and the ability to split drive images. It also provides a sophisticated undo mechanism and a random number generator.
