MEdit is a simple editor that can open and save remote files using FTP.
MEdit treats remote files just like local files. When you try to open a file, MEdit downloads it on to the local machine and when the file is saved, it automatically uploads the file back to where it belongs.
Syntax highlighting is available for many languages and scripts, including C/C++, Unix shell script, Java, MS-DOS batch files, and more. MEdit also provides command line support. No installation is required; just unzip the file and start using it. |
