TVicPort are shareware general purpose device drivers for use with practically any programming language, which allow you to access and control hardware directly from a Win32 application without using the Windows DDK. Included in package are DLL units for use with MSVC++/Borland C++, OCX for use with VB 5.0 and other compilers, as well as native VCL units for specific use with Borland Delphi 2/3 and C++ Builder. TVicPort includes transparent support for Windows 95/98/NT, providing programmers with standard methods for real-time direct access to port I/O. TVicPort is 'lite' version of TVicHW32 tools.The latest 3.00 release gives you access to IDE HDD hardware manufacturer information (serial number, geometry, etc.). |
