IE ScrollBar FreeStyler Plus is the tool to design scrollbars.
Define a base color and let IE color all the scrollbar parts. Specify colour for all the scrollbar parts. Save your scrollbar color schemes and load them. Copy the colour in your editor and paste it into FreeStyler to assign to any scrollbar part.
You may copy a part of your CSS that refers to scrollbar and paste it into FreeStyler! The engine will parse it and set the colours! |
