In Pontifex you design, build and test bridges by sending a Train over them. The complex physics engine allows the construction of many types of bridges. Once the design is completed, you test the strength of the bridge by sending a train across it. Depending on the quality of the bridges' design, the train will either pass over it safely or plummet into the river below. The 3D engine lets you view their bridge from any angle including a first-person train view. Pontifex includes 32 different levels, from simple to complex, and a level editor lets you make your own levels for you and your friends. New Features: Watch spectacular bridge collapses or even the occasional successful bridge in full 3D glory; Simple mode is just as easy to edit as the original game, while complex mode allows you to edit in 3D; Different strength and weight steel and cables allow you to build many types of bridges, including suspension bridges; Editor lets aspiring designers expand upon the original game by creating their own levels. |
