Kuliba TrayPicker provides information about coordinates of the mouse cursor and about the value of the color of any screen pixel. It's a very useful utility for designers and programmers who need to know the exact value of the colors on the screen. TrayPicker can be placed on the desktop as floating window or as a tray-based information panel. Kuliba TrayPicker can work using two modes: as an information panel in the status area (also known as System Tray) or as floating window. If the current mode is the information panel in status area (as shown in the picture above) then user can see the current color value in the system tray directly. Status area of the taskbar is the only place on the Desktop, which always at hand. Kuliba TrayPicker's floating mode uses stay-on-top window that can be moved to any place on the screen. In this mode TrayPicker can use magnifier with variable zoom level. In the both show modes it is possible to run or pause the collecting of the information. It's useful if you don't want to use TrayPicker for a while. Kuliba TrayPicker can represent color values using most known formats: HEX, HTML, RGB, CMYK, HSV, HLS, CMY, YIQ and also can display an intensity and lightness of the color. It is possible to choose format to be used in the "tray" mode and in the floating window mode all values are available in the customized view. It's also possible to show the current mouse cursor coordinates. Kuliba TrayPicker uses so called "Favorite colors" list, that can keep the collected colors for further use. It's possible to view list of collected colors, export them and copy using any supported color format. Kuliba TrayPicker allows to customize its view and save the settings automatically. It's possible to change the size, aligning mode of the information panel in the system tray area. Hotkeys and customized actions executed by single and double mouse click are provided to make the use of TrayPiker more convenient. |
