VCDCutter is an MPEG, VCD, and movie player, which allows you to extract audio and video streams separately.
You can play AVI, DAT, M1V, MOV, MPG, MPV, and VCD file formats; extract specific frames from MPG and VCD files (system stream, or video and audio streams separately); cut M1V (video only) and MP3 (audio only) clips to disk; and import and export playlists and cliplists.
VCDCutter includes drag-and-drop capability; the ability to control playing speed (0.1X to 10X); an AVI to MPG converter; and the ability to scale the size of a movie.
In addition, you can split an MPG system stream into its M1V and MP3 components, and append one clip to another. |
