D_back is a handy and powerful tool for backing up files and folders, located on personal computers, LAN, or FTP sites.
The intuitive interface makes D_back the perfect backup tool for both beginners and experienced users. Your backups will be stored in standard Zip files on any storage media, including CD-RW.
In addition exists possibility automatically to transfer backup by e-Mail. Not only standard Zip format can be used for backing up. D_back allows to use any external files compression programs for creating backups. For any kind of data you can choose the best backup strategy (FULL,INCREMENTAL,STACK,ADVANCED STACK), depending on dynamic characteristics and size of the processable data. The management of the files lists is simply the excellent.
Included and excluded files are specified separately, wildcards (* ?) are allowed in all paths & file names. There is no problem to organize regular backing up.
We offer the d_back command-line backup utility, which is intended for joint use with the windows task schedulers. You can completely check up the results of backing up at any time. Debugging mode is present.
The history of all startings, errors or warning messages are registered in a log file or can be saved in a text file. In addition exists possibility to notify user by e-mail about results of each backup job. |
