The system Phone Inspector is intended for the registration, tariffing and analysis of call bells passing through mini-ATS your organization. The registration and the saving of all entering and outgoing bells carries on on the following parameters: - date of a bell - time of a beginning of a bell - duration of a bell - number of the internal telephone - surname of the employee supported behind the given internal telephone - group (firm, division, tenant etc.), to which the employee - type of a bell (urban, entering, suburban, intertoll, mobile) - locale of a direction of a bell (city in CIS or country in the world) - abonent (name and address of organization and - or a surname of the man concerns, whom the bell) - telephone number of the abonent (for outgoing bells) - number of the external phone line was made to, through which the bell - cost of a bell under the tariff 'YkrTelecom' or under the tariff, preset by you has passed. All these data are written in the database at once after completion of a bell, and can be parsed immediately. |
