softTime is a time and attendance, absence and vacation tracking program.
softTIME tracks employees' absences, attendance, holidays, tardy, sick leave, jury duty and holidays. There are more than 20 useful reports that show who is absent and why.
softTime has an icon-based interface to let you drag and drop symbols onto the calendar to show reasons for absence. It has editable company options to let you set levels of sick leave, vacation, and personal time; develop policies on accrual amounts; personalize minimum employment time for various absence categories and note hourly working conditions.
softTime allows you to evaluate individual, seasonal and departmental attendance trends, then use the data to prepare master vacation schedules and avoid vacation conflicts. The reports could detect absence abuse to spot and resolve problems before they become critical.
It gives complete attendance information such as: days at work; attendance reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, year to date); and days off (accrued vacation, days taken, days due, personal days, sick days, maternity, paternity, family leave, and disability leave). |
