Phone Book PRO 97 lets you maintain your business and personal names, phone numbers, addresses and Internet information.
Access all your contacts using the alphabetical tabs. You can track personal information (name, address, six phone numbers e-mail address, web site, birthday and comments) as well as business information (title, position, company, address, phone, fax, e-mail address, and web site). Click on the phone icon to dial the selected number, click on the e-mail icon to send e-mail to that address, or click on the web site icon to browse that web site. You can print address books (pocket-sized, larger size, or Franklin Daily Planner size). It also features searching, find/replace, the ability to copy entries, sorting (on all fields, including birthday), previous/next to browse through your book, birthday reminders, envelope printing, call logging, import/export, and more. When not in use you can minimize the program to an icon in the Windows 95 System Tray. |
