Acute Softwares Network Diary is the multi-user version of the Electronic diary. It allows small businesses to share appointments and reminders all from a central server, with all users own information located on their PC. Staff can decide which events and appointments to make public, and PC usage can be logged to produce timesheets. The meeting planner allows any client to view others public appointments and find a time to book a meeting. Each user on the LAN runs the diary Client, which keeps their own appointments, file usage and PC usage on their own PC. To make appointments public they simply tick a box and it is automatically copied to the server. |
