PowerBar is a taskbar-style toolbar that provides application launching, task switching, memory monitoring, virtual desktops, media playing, access to all of your drives, and much more.
PowerBar can be used to launch applications, documents or shortcuts. It appears as a vertical or horizontal strip on your desktop that displays the time, free system resources and all of your system's drives. To add shortcuts or applications to PowerBar, simply drag and drop the icon from Explorer or your desktop. You can customize PowerBar to display a background bitmap, to show small or large icons, and to auto-hide the way the Windows 95 Taskbar does. It also has a task list, options to shutdown or restart Windows, screen saver control, the ability to create virtual desktops, and comes with a digital clock, a launch scheduler, an e-mail checker, a player for audio CDs and WAV, MID and RMI files, and much more. |
