This is your ICQ Contact List, your directory of friends who have registered with ICQ.
When you have users on your Contact List, people that are online are listed before those that are offline. You can identify the status of each contact by the color of your friend's nickname (online users are blue, offline users are red), and by the icon located next to it. |
